About Villa Le Querce

Villa Le Querce is a house for rent in the countryside, 5 km away from the old center of Lucca, Tuscany (Italy); it's immersed in a wood of oaks, pines, olives and cypresses, the trees of the typically beautiful country of Tuscany. Surrounded by 25.000 mq of its own estate, it offers wide open spaces to walk in and relax enjoing an untouched habitat.

Seasonal fruit and the vegetable garden, organically grown, are at guests' disposal.

Trips to Lucca, Pisa (25 km), Versilia's sea (25 km) and Florence (70 km) are easy to organize.

Just 1.5 km away guests may enjoy a supermarket, shops, and a modern fitness center (with gym, sauna, turkish bath, hydromassage).

The house has three bedrooms (two double, one twin) plus a double divan bed in the living room (so the villa sleeps 6 + 2 people), two bathrooms with shower, a wide and bright living room and an equipped kitchen.

TVset, CD player, radio, dishwasher, washing machine and piano available.
Animals allowed.

Prices

We usually rent the Villa from Saturday to Saturday.

Weekly prices in low season: € 650.00.
Weekly prices in high season (July, August, Easter, Christmas, New year): € 800.00.

Linen and towels are not included: you can bring your own, or we can provide them for € 7 per person per week.

Heathing in winter is not included.

Special discounted rates

Two week stay: € 50 less than regular prices.

Three week stay: € 100 less than regular prices.
